Looking for some summer fun? Stop by Uncle Bubba's Back Porch on the south side of Puerto Vallarta, where every Sunday night from 8-10 pm you can enjoy great food and a Reggae Good Time with The Rasta Vibrations, a popular group of authentic Jamaican reggae musicians.
Uncle Bubba also invites you to dine on his mouth-watering fried chicken or chow down on what some people are calling the best hamburgers in Vallarta. Gary (Uncle Bubba) came to Vallarta from New York City and opened his casual restaurant here featuring great food and drink at very affordable prices.
On Wednesday afternoons, Uncle Bubba serves up $1 crispy tacos and $1 beer from 2-6 pm, and every night from 7-8 pm his karaoke machine is available for all you aspiring Streisands or Sinatras. Come on in and belt out a few.
