Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - After the successful culinary celebration of its tenth anniversary, El Arrayán Restaurant is ready to celebrate with you this holiday season, which has already begun in Mexico with traditional Posadas and Guadalupana processions.
From December 20th, 2013 through January 5th, 2014, Chef Alfonso Corona has prepared a selection of Christmas Specials, including traditional "Adobo" Turkey with stuffing and mashed sweet potatoes; Salt Cod "Vizcaína" with baby potatoes; Premium Pork Chop with 'Manchamanteles,' which is a fruit mole and Poblano-Potato mash, a magnificent dish from the state of Oaxaca which masterfully combines textures and sweet, salty and spicy from its many flavors and rustic ingredients. All of these seasonal dishes may be enjoyed in the restaurant, or ordered to go for a celebration at home.
We are sure that these Christmas Specials, along with our regular restaurant menu, original cocktails, and selected Mexican wine list will delight our customers and friends at El Arrayán Restaurant. Also, on Fridays and Saturdays you can dine accompanied by live Mexican music.
Please note that El Arrayán Restaurant is closed on Tuesdays, so the staff will be enjoying the festivities with their families on December 24th and 31st, but they will be open and ready to serve you some holiday cheer on Christmas and New Year's Day.
Everyone at Restaurante El Arrayán wishes you a Merry Christmas and a prosperous 2014!
