Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - On Saturday, November 14th, Puerto Vallarta's recently established Jazz Foundation will host another spectacular evening with live performance, fine dining and social dancing.
The focus will be on Argentine Tango and the gifted duo of Miriam Krashnan and Froyamel Corro. These exciting performers (semi-finalists at the World Tango Festival in Buenos Aires 2014 and 2015) will take the stage after the dinner hour. (We strongly suggest you take advantage of the fine and reasonably priced cuisine.)
The performance will be followed by a Milonga (social dancing to the music of Argentine Tango) and more. Reserve your table for dinner and the show by 8 pm. The show begins at 9 pm, followed by social dancing from 10-11 pm.
Miriam Krashnan, originally from Mexico City, and Froyamel Corro, from Morelia, are both classically trained in ballet and modern dance. Their passion for Argentine Tango and their success at the World Tango Festival in Buenos Aires make them sought-after performers and teachers in competitions, festivals and workshops throughout Mexico.
Here in Vallarta, they will hold workshop classes November 13-22. For more information, contact Barbara Garvey alybarbara(at)yahoo.com
Located at Allende #166 in downtown Puerto Vallarta, The Jazz Foundation is open Thursday through Sunday nights from 6:00 pm to 2:00 am. For more information, call (322) 225-7894, or follow them on Facebook.
