Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico - In celebration of the two-week-long Semana Santa (Easter) vacation period, the Puerto Vallarta Institute of Culture is proud to present a series of free artistic presentations at Los Arcos Amphitheater on the Malecón from March 24 through April 1.
