Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - A new episode of HGTV's wildly popular 'House Hunters International' TV series featuring Timothy Real Estate Group agent Taniel Chemsian will be aired on June 20th and 21st.

In this episode, called Property Expert Faceoff in Cuernavaca, Mexico, and featuring a cameo by Hollywood actress Virginia Madsen, Taniel travels to Cuernavaca, just south of Mexico City, as a favor for a mutual friend in helping LA real estate agent Robert Kass look for a new vacation home in the City Of Eternal Spring.

The episode synopsis on HGTV's website puts it like this:

A Beverly Hills real estate agent and interior designer is looking for a slower-paced lifestyle near his mother in Cuernavaca, Mexico. He adores the Spanish colonial-style homes with their expansive gardens, but his agent thinks he should consider something that requires less time and attention.
