Overlooking Puerto Vallarta in Colonia 5 de Diciembre, just five blocks north of the Malecón and six streets up from the beach, this quiet and secure complex of 11 one bedroom apartments is operated by owners who live onsite. All units are fully furnished with TV and full kitchen. Four units have full ocean views and seven have partial ocean, city and mountain views. There is also a pool on our rooftop terrace with a panoramic view of the entire bay area complete with chairs and barbecues so you can spend your evenings enjoying Puerto Vallarta's spectacular sunsets.
