Since it opened on December 13, 1990, Hard Rock Cafe Puerto Vallarta has been the place where rock lives in Puerto Vallarta Mexico. Serving up the good old-fashioned all-American food and fascinating rock memorabilia that makes Hard Rock Cafe famous around the world, this link in the international Hard Rock chain is one of Vallarta's most popular spots.
The famous New York-cut steaks, hamburgers, brownies, and sizzling fajitas and ribs are well prepared and portions are ample. Taped rock music begins at noon, and most weekend nights you can catch the house band performing live rock. Souvenirs are available in a boutique that has everything from Hard Rock Cafe Puerto Vallarta T-shirts to HRC cigarette lighters, pins and shot glasses. Open daily from 11 am to 2 am.

We had a wonderful meal at the Hard Rock in Puerto Vallarta. The menu included burgers, chicken, steaks, salads, and all of the traditional bar foods.Jack |

I normally don't frequent tourist traps like The Hard Rock Cafe, but my husband and I decided to stop in and grab a burger. After we were seated the band began to play which turned out to be exceptional. The music was awesome and the food wasn't bad either. It's a nice place to kick back, grab a burger, a beer, and enjoy the music.A. Hayes |

I officially started collecting Hard Rock Cafe shot glasses in May of 2001. If you live near a Hard Rock or plan to visit a city with one on your travels, think of me!
