Vallarta Road Show Heads to Houston

Venegas World Star Realty is one of the sponsors of the first, and hopefully annual, Mexico Travel & Real Estate Expo, in Houston, Texas. The Expo will feature exhibitors highlighting the real estate and travel and tourism industry in Mexico.
"The purpose of the show is to promote Mexico by bringing together Mexico-based businesses and tourism officials with U.S. consumers, buyers, travel and real estate industry professionals, and the media," said Ted Donovan, event organizer and president of Mexico Travel and Real Estate Expo.
"There is no other public show of this kind in Texas and we are delighted to finally provide an opportunity to educate consumers and tourists about Mexico travel and real estate firsthand. The response from exhibitors, sponsors and the general public has been overwhelming."
"We are trying to generate excitement for the Puerto Vallarta area and this Expo is the perfect way to get the word out," says Mark Venegas of PV based Venegas World Star Realty. "PV is extraordinary, it's beautiful, it's unique and I love selling real estate here and wouldn't want to be doing anything else in my life right now."
The Expo will also have complimentary seminars from experts with question and answer sessions.
Mark Venegas and Laura Gelezunas, Video Diva Productions, are making a joint presentation, "Puerto Vallarta: A Vacation and Real Estate Dream." The presentation will last 30 minutes and will include a 30-minute video, produced by Video Diva Productions, and a 10-minute question and answer period.
"I am thrilled to be a part of this project promoting the city I fell in love with," says Laura Gelezunas. "I get to share all my wonderful experiences and stories about living and working in Mexico. And maybe someone at the Expo will be a new neighbor of mine."
The Expo, which comprises around 50 exhibitors and 10 sponsors, will take place at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston, Texas on Saturday, October 21, 2006 from 10 am to 4 pm.
