The highly anticipated Villa La Estancia in Vallarta Nayarit has held a soft opening of phase one of its 135 beachfront villas. Fifty suites of the three-phase project are now available on a limited basis as an upgrade to guests arriving at the adjacent Villa del Palmar Flamingos. Bookings are now being accepted on stays starting November 1, 2007.
The property's snack bar will open at the end of March 07, while the main lobby and restaurant will open in November 07 along with 35 additional units. The final phase of 50 units is slated for completion in May 08.
Similar in design and appeal to Villa La Estancia Cabo San Lucas, the Vallarta Nayarit property features floor plans that range 1,950 3,500 square feet and include two bedrooms with three full baths or three bedrooms with four full baths.
Special services and touches will include an incomparable full-service spa, gourmet restaurants, multi-level swimming pool, 24-hour concierge-style check-in, wireless communication throughout the property, a hospitality room, guest activities desk, business services, lighted tennis court use, medical services, 24-hour security, laundry services, and in-suite dishwasher as well as washer and dryer.

Currently in its final stage of construction, The Spa in Cabo San Lucas is set to join Villa La Estancia, Villa del Arco and Villa del Palmar in an exclusive setting that fronts El Mιdano Beach. The largest and most elaborate facility in the entire state of Baja California and the Cabo San Lucas destination, the 31,000 sq. ft. upscale facility will boast a stunning array of treatments and specialties in an impressive three-level design.
The facility's 4,500 sq. ft. fitness center will open this month, featuring seven treadmills, four elliptical bikes, three stationary bikes, 10 strength training stations, a multi-purpose station, four free weight stations, a yoga/pilates studio with classes, lockers and showers.
