On Thursday, April 12th, Miami-based Related International launched its first Mexico project, ICON Vallarta, at a VIP event held at the former site of the NH Krystal Hotel.
A new $200 million luxury development, ICON Vallarta will boast 343 full-ownership, luxury condominiums situated on five acres of stunning oceanfront property with exclusive beach access - just minutes from downtown Vallarta's world class restaurants and galleries.
During the beach side launch party, Jorge Perez, chairman of the Related Group, addressed more than 500 Vallarta business executives, top real estate brokers, and other VIPs.
Perez was joined by Related International Executive Vice President Carlos Rosso, who detailed the company’s plans to Related’s urban style and design to the beachfront setting.
“We’re very pleased to be bringing the world-class style, design and quality that we’re know for in the United States to such as magnificent setting as Puerto Vallarta,” said Jorge Perez.

En el jueves 12 de abril, Related International, que tiene su sede en Miami, lanzó su primer proyecto en México, el ICON Vallarta, durante un evento VIP celebrado en el antiguo sitio del NH Kristal Hotel.
Jorge Pérez, presidente del Consejo de Administración del Related Group, se dirigió a más de 500 ejecutivos de negocio de Vallarta, así como a importantes agentes inmobiliarios y a otras personalidades VIP.
Acompañó a Pérez el vicepresidente ejecutivo de Related International, Carlos Rosso, quien detalló los planes de llevar el diseño y estilo urbano de Related al marco ambiental costero del proyecto.
“Mucho nos complace aportar el estilo, el diseño y la calidad de primer orden que nos caracterizan en Estados Unidos a un entorno tan magnífico como el de Puerto Vallarta”, destacó Jorge Pérez. |
