Mexico Real Estate Pros go to Philippines John K. Glaab - CIPS
| AIREEC 2007 will be the ultimate venue for exploring, networking, promoting and growing the real estate business. | The 1st Asian International Real Estate Expo & Conference (AIREEC) 2007 is a groundbreaking event that will bring to Asia real estate developers, practitioners, trade organizations, speakers, investors, educators real estate professionals, government sectors and end-users, gathering nearly 10,000 participants and 400 corporations from 54 different countries.
AIREEC will present 100 hours of educational conferences as well as providing matching opportunities for investors and include a large trade show. The event is to be held at the Philippines International Convention Center in Manila from December 6-10th.
The Commercial Service section of the U.S. Department of Commerce (USDOC) is sending out invitations to various States and Agencies to participate on the U.S. pavilion which is officially certified by USDOC which means that the event will be promoted by over 125 overseas posts and over 100 U.S. Export Assistance Centers (USEAC) located in all 50 states. Under the International Buyer Program, they plan to organize Buyer Delegations to the U.S. pavilion from all neighboring countries in South East Asia and organize technical seminars in cooperation with the multipliers in South East Asia.
AIREEC 2007 will be the ultimate venue for exploring, networking, promoting and growing the real estate business, not just in Asia but in the global arena. It will be an exclusive platform for around 1,000 of the world's top industry players who will be exploring new business opportunities and forging new partnerships in Asia, covering 50 sectors of activities and bringing together millions of dollars in business transactions.
Linda Neil, of Linda Neil Properties and founder of the Settlement Company in Baja California Sur has been invited to represent Mexico at this prestigious event. In addition to making a two hour presentation on the positive aspects of "Doing Business in Mexico," Linda is assembling a panel of experts on Mexican real estate including the commercial, residential, industrial and financing segments. She is also working on putting together a Mexican Pavilion for the Trade Show. Linda serves on the Advisory Board of the Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals (AMPI). She said, "I am both pleased and honoured to represent Mexico at this major international real estate event." John Glaab has been a member of NAR's International Section for over a decade. He has earned the Certified International Property Specialist designation and is a founding member of AMPI Los Cabos.
