All 12 homes in Phase I at Real Nuevo Vallarta have been sold, according to Mariano Rios, the agent in charge of sales at Prudential Vallarta.
The agency is now accepting reservations for Phase II, with ground breaking planned for March 2008. "The first phase has already shown excellent appreciation," he said. "We are just as excited about Phase II."
