Luma, the first full-ownership, active adult beachfront community in Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico, today announced the topping off of Tower One.
The topping off signifies the completion of structural work on the first of Luma's seven 10-story towers. Just 14 months after breaking ground, Tower One is scheduled to be completed and ready this fall for Luma's first homeowners.
Located on the beach of the Bay of Banderas in Nuevo Vallarta and 15 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta Airport, Luma will be a resort-living community offering 264 beachfront homes for those 50 years old and over. Construction workers signified the milestone by signing their names on the final steel beam before it was put into place as part of the topping off celebrations.

Each beachfront condo has an open concept floor plan with a foyer, living room with a natural stone wall, dining area, floor-to-ceiling glass walls and wrap-around terraces.
