Major Upgrade for Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, Real Estate MLS Service

The Vallarta Lifestyles Publishing Group released a significant upgrade to their MLS system for the Vallarta/Riviera Nayarit region last week. Multi-List Vallarta is a real estate multiple listing service that has been used by Costa Vallarta realtor for more than 20 years, making it one of the oldest and longest running services of its kind in Mexico.
Multi-List Vallarta can be found at www.mlsvallarta.com or www.mlsnayarit.com. This site consists of a public side, which provides information about popular Vallarta and Nayarit real estate regions, directories of real estate agents and developments, articles about Puerto Vallarta real estate, and John Youden's popular Vallarta real estate blog (www.vallartarealestateblog.wordpress.com). But most importantly, it includes an MLS interface that has smoothly integrated Google Maps to allow visitors to easily find out what real estate is for sale in and around Puerto Vallarta and Nayarit, Mexico.
The site also includes a "back-end" member's only section where members can add/edit their property listings.
Another important feature is that www.mlsvallarta.com also includes the inventory for Multi-Dev Vallarta, a second MLS real estate search designed specifically for new or pre-sale properties in and around Vallarta and Nayarit. By combining these two MLS services together, www.mlsvallarta.com offers the largest selection of properties for sale in the region, with the most sophisticated means of searching for them.
