Realty Executives Launches Aggressive Franchise Expansion in the Mexico Market

Puerto Peñasco, Sonora – Realty Executives Mexico announces Tina Elliott as the new Director of Business and Franchise Development to contribute to the company’s real estate franchise expansion initiatives in the Mexico Market.
“I have worked with Tina almost a decade now and know she will add great value in our franchise growth because of her real estate experience and strong reputation in the Mexico market,” says Steve Schwab, Regional Developer for Realty Executives Mexico.
Elliott is a licensed REALTOR in the U.S. and Mexico for the State of Sonora, the only State in Mexico licensing agents as part of their pilot campaign working toward licensing agents throughout the country.
“I have worked extensively with buyers and sellers from the U.S. and Canada seeking vacation and second homes which enables me to relate to our Broker/Owners and Executives on the front lines,” states Elliott. “Mexico remains a strong destination market for our franchisees to leverage.”
The past eight years, Elliott was the Director of Sales and Marketing for the highly acclaimed Sonoran Resorts, featuring four resorts and successfully delivering eight resort towers with over 750 condominiums, in Puerto Peñasco, Sonora, Mexico.
