Puerto Peñasco Mexico – Realty Executives Mexico announces franchising rights to John and Kathy Witt, new broker owners of Realty Executives Rocky Point in Puerto Penasco. The real estate brokerage has already grown to 12 real estate agents, along with business partner, Kurt Geisler, the former owner of ERA Realty.
“Real estate sales in Rocky Point are on a dramatic incline,” says John Witt. “We had eight luxury condominium home sales last week alone and are looking forward to a great week during Semana Santa.”
Wisconsin natives, the Witt’s moved to Puerto Penasco nearly five years ago. They received their real estate professional licensing in the state of Sonora and have been active members of AMPI, the professional real estate association of Mexico. John Witt has worked in real estate in both Wisconsin and Arizona for over 10 years. Kathy Witt was previously a corporate trainer and teacher for nearly 15 years.
