Developer Shawn Kajani announced the construction of a world class new development located just west of the highway in the Olas Altas neighborhood of the Romantic Zone which will include 15 condominium homes featuring architectural design by Trama Architects of Guadalajara who were chosen to design and build the athletes housing San Diego III for the 2011 Pan American Games to be held in Guadalajara.
Mr. Kajani has been involved with development projects in Canada, Costa Rica, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Grand Caymans, and now Puerto Vallarta.
The 15 unit building will feature a mixture of wood with stone, brick, and concrete details. Five units have been sold since the formal announcement of the project six weeks ago and once five more reservations are taken on the units construction will begin.
All units come with parking and storage and the common areas will include a common area pool, lounge area, and gym. Units will range from 2 bedroom to 4 bedrooms and the penthouses will feature private splash pools and spacious terrace areas. Prices start at $395,000 USD.
