Tim Longpré and his incredible staff are proud to announce their 6th year in business, and would like to extend a special thank you to all of their clients, homeowners and agents that have made this possible.

“Without all of your support, we could not have accomplished such great success!” Tim Longpré says from his new Blue Office on Pino Suarez in Old Town.

Many special events have occurred in this last year.

• PVRPV now has an inventory of almost 500 Puerto Vallarta properties available for rent.

• In addition to their affiliation with Tropicasa Realty in December 2009, PVRPV is also now affiliated with one of the largest real estate companies in Puerto Vallarta, Timothy Real Estate Group as of December 2010

• PVRPV has been involved in several charities, such as Bingo for Beans and Babies, which was held back in the summer of 2009. October 2010 was the start of another Charity Bingo for Pasitos de Luz, which is held at Nacho Daddy every second Tuesday from October 2010 to April 2011.

• In the fall of 2010, PVRPV and their staff volunteered their services for the Hook the Cure event which is a charity event for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, which is held in Puerto Vallarta every year.

• Participated on the committee who organized and launched the very first Bombero’s Calendar!

• Launching of their new blue look including their website, their office, and their cars!

There’s no question that PVRPV has remained extremely busy all year and have made their mark in the community. Congrats to Tim Longpré and the PVRPV staff for their remarkable success! PVRPV will surely continue to triumph for many years to come!
