The first course, 'Excellence in Service Standards,' currently underway at the breathtaking Casa Tres Soles in El Banco Estates, was oversubscribed immediately after being announced. 30 staff members from villas in the area, are enjoying personalized training in all areas of service provision, including a full day with the trainers at each individual villa property. Fortunately the quick thinking and actions of the chef, who had been trained in Emergency First Aid as part of his ongoing development with Vallarta Rentals, saved the boys life, and ultimately the family was able to enjoy an incredibly memorable vacation experience for all the right reasons.
