Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - The wildly popular HGTV show that airs in over 50 countries will return to Puerto Vallarta next month to film their sixth episode featuring the famous tropical resort destination.
It was only in January of 2012 when Timothy Real Estate Group was chosen to star in the first ever 'House Hunters International' episode to be fimed in Puerto Vallarta.
Three years later, the real estate powerhouse is on its way towards a half a dozen episodes. Not only has this been an incredible opportunity for the promotion of tourism in this charming coastal town along the Mexican Pacific Riviera, it has also allowed Timothy Real Estate Group an avenue to give back to the local community. They've hosted two HHI fundraiser events benefiting a variety of local charity organizations. The last event was the 2014 'Gilligan's Island' themed fundraiser that had 600 attendees and raised much needed funds for the community.
When asked what are some of the challenges in filming another episode, Taniel Chemsian, the real estate agent in the Puerto Vallarta episodes replied, "Mixing it up and doing something different. We try to create a show that's fresh and exciting for the viewers. For that reason, we have a few 'personalities' lined up for episode 6... so stay tuned."
