Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico - The Mexican Association of Professional Real Estate Agents (AMPI), has announced its plans for its fifth International Resort Real Estate Summit (A.I.R.E.S.) The Summit will be held at the Paradise Village Resort in Nuevo Vallarta, Riviera Nayarit, Mexico from June 25-27, 2015.
A.I.R.E.S. is the most important event in the tourist real estate sector in Mexico. It is an opportunity to generate business relationships with industry leaders, receive information that allows realtors to make strategic decisions and learn about cutting-edge products and services related to the industry.
The event will also include a Tourism Real Estate Expo, with more than 30 trade stands featuring over 300 investment proposals from the country's most important and prestigious industry suppliers, bankers and developers.
Special keynote speakers will share their expertise during conferences and panel discussions, covering various subjects relative to the international market, such as the many baby boomer investments in Mexico's retirement havens, Eco resort development, and the latest projects that are transforming the cities of Mexico.
These experts will also cover important insights to consumer behavior in the international market, as well as key topics such as medical/health tourism, investment in Canada, and procedures for international transactions and investments.
There will also be lectures by international exhibitors coming from United States, Canada, Brazil, Panama and Costa Rica with presentations related to the developments and segments that impact the economy of a region, according to Vice President of the Mexican Association of Realtors, Miguel Angel Lemus Mateos.
This means that attendees will be able to expand their international contacts and high-end clientele portfolios, by attending and participating in conference sessions, networking events, and activities such as the AMPI golf tournament.
A.I.R.E.S. participants will leave informed and prepared to dominate the international luxury and commercial development markets. They will be part of a new higher grade of real estate agents, held to a higher standard of how business will be conducted in today’s international and Mexican real estate market.
