Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - Global Mexico is a Mexican civil association dedicated to presenting and promoting international real estate education.

Recently it presented the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) class in Puerto Vallarta. CNE was created and is a product of the Real Estate Negotiation Institute. It is located in Arizona.

Linda Neil was the instructor, with Mercedes Duenas assisting for the classes. Both are accredited National Association of Realtors® instructors and Linda is an accredited RENI (Real Estate Negotiation Institute) instructor. Mercy Duenas commented, "The students tell me that not only did the CNE class increase my sales skills but also my life skills."

The Mexican Association of Real Estate Professional (AMPI) Sections from Compostela, Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit hosted the classes. Following is a list of REALTORS® who passed the exam and met the requirements for the Certified Negotiation Expert Designation:
