While this place is 8 blocks away from the beach, it is up a hill that has cobblestones and is quite steep to walk back up. Those with mobility problems or in poor health will not be able to do it. It is not within a short walking distance to the Malecón, even though it may seem so on the map (at least 30 minutes walking distance). The use of a taxi back and forth will be necessary, depending on where you go and who you are, for part, or possibly all, of your stay.

At night, the view transforms into an amazing, twinkling array of city lights around the bay, looking towards Nuevo Vallarta. This unique location lets you experience Puerto Vallarta more like the locals do, as it's just far enough from the crowded tourist areas to find peace and tranquility when you crave it.

From the condominium, you can simply walk down the street when you feel like getting out and about to unique shopping; small, locally owned convenience stores and restaurants you won't find in other areas of Puerto Vallarta.

The condo itself is quiet and spacious, air-conditioned and has all the amenities you could possibly need during your stay, including a full size washer and dryer, a lovely kitchen with all the necessities, including coffee maker, microwave and convection oven. For your convenience, a variety of condiments in single-serve packets including ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, honey and hot sauce are also supplied, as well as a nice supply of teas and other cooking essentials, including spices, cooking oil and more.
