Completely renovated in 2015, this spacious 3,000 square foot beachfront condo sleeps 8 comfortably, has a huge private courtyard with BBQ, and a terrace overlooking the pool and Jacuzzi. Flat screen televisions with Apple TV, high speed Internet, and a game room with ping pong table, complete the family vacation experience.

The Master bedroom boasts an ocean front view, king size bed and amazing en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two queen size beds and an full en-suite bathroom. Bedroom #3 has a full bed with en-suite full bathroom. The den has a comfortable sleeper sofa (so the condo could sleep 10) and a full bath next to it as well.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all new high-end appliances, and there is a water purification system throughout the entire condo.

We have tried to think of everything to ensure you have a relaxing and fun beach vacation! Enjoy standard maid service during your stay. More frequent service can be arranged if requested prior to your arrival. Beach towels, umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, coolers, beach games, etc., are all supplied. Our local manager is here to help answer any questions or take care of any emergencies that may come up. Concierge service and airport pick up can also be arranged.

There is a taxi stand right across the street from the condo, so you can easily get a ride into town for about $5 USD. There is also a bus stop that is even more economical that can take you into town, to the Vallarta Botanical Gardens, or wherever else you might want to go.

Playa View condominium is located 10 minutes south of town. It is the perfect location - close enough to all the action and great restaurants, yet on a quiet beach for a tranquil night's sleep.
