There was a large turnout from area real estate agents attending the most recent conference sponsored by the three Banderas Bay area A.M.P.I. Chapters (Asociación Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobiliarios) on Tuesday December 1, 2009 at Paradise Plaza in Nuevo Vallarta.
Licenciado Jorge Alberto Careaga, Notaria Publica #12, introduced Licenciado Jose Reynoso, Delegado Fiduciario for Banco del Bajio, who did an excellent job of conveying the subject information pertaining to Bank Trusts (Fideicomisos) for real estate purchases in Mexico.
Isabel Vasquez of Prudential Vallarta says, "There was a lot of clarification as well as new information presented. It is very important for real estate professionals to fully understand the various aspects of real estate in Mexico to best represent both buyers and sellers, especially in the restricted zone of Mexico."
