A.M.P.I. Riviera Nayarita Meeting held in Nuevo Vallarta

El Tigre Golf Course was the backdrop for this month's AMPI Riviera Nayarita meeting hosted by Green Bay Condominiums in Nuevo Vallarta. Real estate brokers and agents of the region enjoyed a delicious breakfast while association business, events and announcements were discussed.
Of particular interest was the announcement of a CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) course coming to Puerto Vallarta on December 6th, 2010, ONLY available for AMPI Associate / Socios. The CIPS - Network is the specialty membership group for international practitioners of the National Association of Realtors, the world's largest trade organization.
The CIPS designation prepares realtors to service the growing international market in their local community by focusing on culture, exchange rates, investment trends and legal issues. CIPS designees are consumers` best providers of professional skills in the unique aspects of international real estate. Five education courses are required in order to earn the designation.
Wolf Spindel, Sales Director for Green Bay Condominiums, provided the presentation of Green Bay and informed us of the launching of Phase III of the project, which is now under construction. Green Bay is a project focused in high quality at reasonable cost. After, he treated realtors to a raffle for privileges at some of the projects extensive facilities.
