El Arrayán Announces New Cooking Classes!

Puerto Vallarta - Everyone’s favorite Mexican Restaurant in Banderas Bay, El Arrayán, will once again be sharing a few of their secrets during an up-coming cooking class.
On Monday, October 25 from 9:30 am to 3:00 pm, a limited number of participants will join Chef Mariano Valdés, owner Carmen Porras and their team for a traditional Mexican breakfast, visiting local purveyors, hands-on cooking instructions in their all-stainless steel professional kitchen and then enjoying what they’ve cooked.
The menu for this class includes Ceviche Colima, Chile en Nogada and Candied Pineapple. The fee for this professional introduction to Mexican cooking techniques and ingredients is $85 USD per-person (tips included / cash only.)
The fee also includes transportation, breakfast, class participation, take-home printed recipes, an embroidered apron and meal (including one cocktail or Mexican house wine.) Classes will be conducted in English.
El Arrayán is dedicated to promoting the enjoyment of great food while defending the Mexican cultural identity tied to food and cooking traditions. Their cooking classes have become a popular activity for visitors and locals, anybody that is interested in learning professional cooking techniques from a professional chef.

Reservations for the November class are also being accepted. Additional dates will be announced soon for one class a month each month during the winter.
