Puerto Vallarta, Mexico — Certified by the Galveston, Texas Beach Patrol, Veracruz native Ramon Guerrero Campos has been a lifeguard for 10 years but for only one year here in Puerto Vallarta. The married 33-year-old loves nature, especially whales and dolphins.
Ramon is just one of the 90 men and women who work around the clock to protect our City. Twenty-four of these first-responders, including Ramon, will be unveiled in the inaugural Heroes Calendar at a launch and autograph party on Wednesday, December 22, 2010 from 6 to 8 pm at Nacho Daddy.
Following Wednesday’s official release, the 2011 calendar — featuring Mexico, US and Canadian holidays — will be available for sale at various locations throughout the City beginning Thursday morning for a $200 peso donation.
