Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - The millenary technique of mosaic is the method of composing a work of art using pieces of certain materials such as stone, glass, mirror, ceramic, and other substances - and applying them on a three dimensional or plane surface. Thanks to its aesthetic value and versatility this technique has been used for centuries as an incorporated tool in architecture, as well as decoration and art.

As Puerto Vallarta needs more creative-expressions places in the streets for its magic to grow, you are invited to be part of this new art project: MOZAYKO VALLARTA ~First Episode~.

Our purpose is to start telling a story - recreating the casual magic of Puerto Vallarta on attractive and clean spaces (walls) - and bringing it to light in a universal language. The result will give us more reasons to visit the area and will generate more tourist attraction.

Mozayko Vallarta proposes to clean our cities walls that are in bad shape and project new episodes of the fantasy.

With the purpose of commemorating the 44th anniversary of the municipality of Puerto Vallarta being elevated to the status of "city," Mozayko Vallarta makes a motion to keep the extemporary magic on the streets. Art is the key, and mosaic is the option.

In numerous cities around the world, art is an attraction that draws many tourists every year. Mozayko Vallarta proposes permanent illustrations (interpretations) that create a new urban image integrated in a harmonious way with the city.

This is an opportunity to create a positive, artistic, and permanent image for your brand or company. You can be part of a selected group of 44 sponsors with a commemorative plaque embellished with your company logo.

This is a voluntary project directed by local artist Natasha Moraga, with help of many hands. Together they will create their biggest piece which they have decided to construct in the romantic zone of Puerto Vallarta.
