Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - During the month of April, ExPats in Vallarta will be having two Happy Hour gatherings, two wine and appetizer evenings, and a very special event!
By popular request we are continuing with two Happy Hours a month during the slower season. They will be held on Tuesday, April 9th and Tuesday, April 23rd at Langostinos from 5 to 7 pm. Come down and see old friends and make some new ones when it's not as crowded and it's easier to mingle. Langostinos is located on Los Muertos Beach, just north of the pier.
Wine and Appetizer evenings are scheduled for Friday, April 5th at a condo in the Conchas Chinas area, and Friday, April 19th in the Marina area.
A Special Event Dinner will be held at Benjamin's Gilmar Restaurant located in downtown Puerto Vallarta on Wednesday, April 3rd at 6 pm.
Dinner Choices (prices include tax and tip for food - tip separately for drinks):
• Molcajete – Classic Mexican dish served in a stone bowl with a traditional sauce, w/grilled cactus, onions and chorizo. Choice of chicken, beef or shrimp - $145 pesos.
• Filet Mignon Gilmar Style - Stuffed with cheese and portobello mushroom, topped with rosemary sauce - $190 pesos.
• Mahi Mahi - Fish filet with garlic - $129 pesos.
Reserve your seat immediately as there are only a few left. Tickets must paid for in advance and reservation will not be guaranteed until payment is received. Menu selection will be made at time you purchase your ticket.
To make reservations for all events, please visit their website - ExpatsInVallarta.com - or send an email to sarajwise(at)yahoo.com. We need to give Langostinos a count so please be sure and tell us how many are coming.
There is no membership fee or requirements for the events; everyone pays for only what they use or consume. It is a great way to meet new friends and get out and enjoy Puerto Vallarta.
The continually growing local group of Expats In Vallarta is open to all expat residents, visitors, and investors from other countries. The purpose of the group is both to provide fun social events where members can meet friends and create new friendships and to provide a meaningful resource for expats already living here and those considering the Banderas Bay area.
