Vallarta Jewish Community Passover Seder

 The Puerto Vallarta Jewish Community is having a Passover Seder Dinner at The River Cafe on March 29th at 6 pm - and you and your family and friends are invited. A full course dinner of typical Seder food and wine will be served for $450 pesos per person.
Joy Carol Returning to PV

 Internationally-known speaker and pastor, Joy Carol, will be returning to Puerto Vallarta to speak at Christian Community Church from 10 to 12 on February 23rd. Her presentation is open to the public and there is no charge. She will also speak on Sunday, February 28th at both the 8:30 and 9:45 services.

Church on the Move: Worship in Paradise on the Beach

 The popular English-speaking church at the Santa Barbara Theater is on the move. Because of extensive remodeling at the theater, church services will temporarily be held at El Dorado Restaurant on Playa Los Muertos, Sunday mornings from 9:30 am until 10:30 am.

 We had such a wonderful time of communion at our Rosh HaShana dinner that the guests asked me to prepare a breaking of the fast dinner for Yom Kippur. Therefore, on September 28th as the sun sets I will be preparing a special meal in a hillside home overlooking downtown Vallarta.

 The Jewish holidays of Rosh HaShanah and Yom Kippur come early this year, but there is still plenty of time to start making plans to celebrate the Jewish New Year in Puerto Vallarta, where two Chabad Rabbis will conduct these High Holiday services.
