Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - A generous amount of information was given out for free at the first Puerto Vallarta Real Estate Fair sponsored by Timothy Real Estate Group. The outdoor event was held at the Rivera Molino Plaza on the corner of Aquiles Serdan and Ignacio L. Vallarta in the Romantic Zone on Saturday, March 2, 2013 from 10 am to 4 pm.

"We were really excited about sponsoring the first Puerto Vallarta Real Estate Fair," says Carl Timothy, President of Timothy Real Estate Group, "We decided to do the fair because we found that many of our clients, buyers and sellers, had tons of questions about living in this city. They want to know about immigration, ownership of real property, possible mortgages, interior design, insurance and health care." The fair had 11 exhibitors that shared their expertise and knowledge.

"This has been so great that many want to see it happen again next year," says Carl. "We are hoping that this will grow, and our goal is to eventually be able to hold this kind of fair at the Puerto Vallarta Convention Center and bring in some top names that would be able to speak on important issues that are relative to the local real estate market."

Many tourists and locals took advantage of the great weather and the wonderful information provided by the exhibitors. Organizers hope to make home ownership in Puerto Vallarta pleasant and rewarding.
