City Program Provides Students with School Supplies

More than 53,000 backpacks filled with school supplies are ready to be delivered to Puerto Vallarta public school students on August 21st, thanks to the city's 'Estudiantes Avanzando' (Advancing Students) program, which is one hundred percent funded by municipal resources.

Wheelchair Loans Make Vallarta Accessible to Everyone

To ensure that Puerto Vallarta is accessible to everyone, municipal authorities, through the Municipal Council for Disability (Comudis) and the System for Integral Family Development have installed a booth on the Malecón that provides the free use of wheelchairs to those who need them.
