Debbi has teamed up with renowned chef Seth Cloutman to design a very special evening for the lucky 50 who purchase their advance tickets for this exciting dining experience.
Guest Chef Seth J. Cloutman from Food by Seth will present the following menu: Chilled Chayote and Cucumber Soup topped with a spicy Tomato Salsa Verdolaga, Composed Salad with Sauteed New Potatoes and Caramelized Onions, Choice of: Fish Napoleon with a Roasted Fennel Cream Sauce or Chicken Roulade Stuffed with Panela Cheese, Fresh Spinach and Sun-dried Tomatoes, topped off with a Flourless Chocolate Torte with a Guyaba Salsa.
All of that for only $350 pesos and it includes a glass of wine! Even better, $100 pesos from every ticket will go directly to Becas Vallarta, A.C. for scholarships for bright young Vallartenses with great ambitions and small economic resources.
