Mexican low-cost carrier, Volaris is seeking approval to grow its air links into California with a new scheduled link to Oakland International Airport from Puerto Vallarta. The airline already offers links into Oakland International from Guadalajara, León/El Bajío, Morelia, and Tijuana.

La Cruz - Punta Mita Highway to Open in December

According to the Secretary of Public Works for the State of Nayarit, Juan Ignacio Avila Ruiz, the new highway between La Cruz de Huanacaxtle and Punta Mita is almost complete and is expected to be complete in December of this year.
