Apple Loses 'iPhone' Trademark in Mexico

Mexico City's 18th Appellate Court handed down a ruling last week denying Apple's injunction bid that would have allowed it to continue selling their product under the iPhone name in Mexico. The ruling comes down the day before the iPhone 5 was to go on sale in Mexico.
