Swing by Hotel Mercurio, nestled in the heart of Puerto Vallarta’s Romantic Zone at Francisca Rodríguez 168, on April 24th from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. Our experts will guide you through the steps of requesting your ballot using the Federal Post Card Application (FPCA) form. Remember, the primary season is in full swing, and every vote counts.
