Puerto Vallarta, Mexico – In celebration of Spring, Kaiser Maximilian, one of the city’s finest restaurants, is offering Puerto Vallarta residents and visitors a special $550 peso, three-course menu for lunch and dinner through June 16th.
During this special Spring-Summer promotion, Kaiser Maximilian offers you a choice of 10 appetizers, 9 entrees and 9 desserts – all developed from authentic family recipes. Items marked by an asterisk (*) are specials, dishes that are not on the regular menu, and may be ordered a la carte. But, no matter which you choose, all of the dishes are expertly prepared with quality ingredients and graciously served in an European bistro atmosphere.
Served from 12 noon until 11 pm through June 16 for just $550 pesos with your choice of one dish from each course:
Spinach Strudel with mixed greens and tomatoes
Caesar salad with crispy potato croutons
Duck confit salad, sherry vinaigrette, squash, pears, winter greens
Raviolis with fennel filling, prosciutto, mushrooms and tarragon sauce
* Spatzle (homemade pasta) with duck confit, cheese and fried onions
* Shrimp, squid, mushrooms, spinach , gratinated in sea shell
* Cold cucumber cream soup with radish and caviar
Onion soup with white wine, toast and gratinated cheese
Garlic and herb flavored bread soup
Red cabbage cream soup with roasted duck crust, potato dumpling
* Red snapper fillet with mixed greens, vegetables and cilantro oil
* Salmon fillet with angel hair pasta, mozzarella, asparagus, red wine sauce
Beef tenderloin, creamy gorgonzola cheese, vegetables, mushrooms, potato gratin
Zwiebelrostbraten, flat pounded beef loin, Austrian onion rings, sauteed potatoes
Chicken breast with rosemary, mashed potatoes, mustard seed-sauce, vegetables
Roasted leg of veal, glazed vegetables, Spatzle, cream sauce with mushrooms
* Pork Chop with nut chutney, sweet potatoes and sauteed cabbage
Wienerschnitzel, breaded pork loin with potatoes and Austrian salad
Rahmschnitzel, sauteed pork loin scallops with noodles and a cream mushroom sauce
* “Rehrucken,” flourless chocolate cake with mint ice cream, whipped cream
Sour cream cheesecake, coconut crust, rum poached pineapple, strawberries
* Schwarzwalder Kirschtorte, black forest cake with cherries, cookie ice cream
* Linzertorte, almond tart with yoghurt ice cream, berry sauce
Warm pecan chocolate bourbon tart, vanilla ice cream
Vanilla ice cream covered with a hot crepe, chocolate sauce, pecans
Chocolate pot de creme, caramel mouse, sea salt
Austrian apple Strudel with vanilla ice cram
Creme Brulee, vanilla cream under a caramelized sugar crust
Copa Maximilian, vanilla, pecan ice cream, bananas, Kahlua and whipped cream
All of these specials are being served, along with their traditional menu of exceptional Austrian fare, from 12:00 noon to 11:00 pm at Espresso Bar and from 6:00 to 11:00 pm in The Main Dining Room through June 16, 2021. Both restaurants have covered outdoor seating and well-ventilated interior seating. Seating is limited to ensure safe distances between those dining in the restaurant, so reservations are recommended.

The restaurant will be closed for vacation from June 17 until July 14. Both the Espresso Bar and the Main Dining Room will reopen on July 15, 2021.
