Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico – Kick off the holiday season with the inaugural Puerto Vallarta 5K Christmas Race on Sunday, December 15, 2024! This fun-filled event welcomes runners, joggers, and walkers of all skill levels to celebrate fitness and community spirit along a 5-kilometer circuit suitable for runners of all levels.
The race begins promptly at 7:00 am, with participants starting and finishing on the iconic Malecón boardwalk. Categories are open for men and women aged 18 and up, including senior categories for those 65 and older.
Participation is Free – Register Now!
Registration is free but limited to the first 800 participants. Secure your spot by signing up on the marcate.com.mx website before Saturday, December 14. All runners must be at least 18 years old, physically fit, and agree to the event’s liability waiver.
Race kits, including essential items for the big day, can be picked up on December 14 from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm on the Malecón (Paseo Díaz Ordaz, between Allende and 31 de Octubre streets). Be sure to bring your registration confirmation and official ID in printed or digital format.
Awards and Prizes
Racers will compete against the clock, with the top three finishers in each category earning awards. Additionally, every participant who completes the course and presents their race number will receive a commemorative medal to mark their achievement.
