This month’s featured property is a serene, uber modern space created to provide the ultimate in luxury and every amenity for discerning renters. Located along the coveted waterfront of Conchas Chinas Beach, this open plan condominium is set in The Orchid, a luxury highrise facing the expansive Bay of Banderas. With a full-service inhouse team onsite, every aspect of interior painting, appliance purchase and delivery, electronics and security system installs, blinds and window treatments, art buying, housewares and bedding deliveries was managed on behalf of owners including detailed drawer, laundry and storage setup, final property punchlists and a sanitary deep clean prior to owners arrivals.
