“When clients already have a good idea whether Bucerías, Sayulita, La Cruz, Nuevo Nayarit, or another community is right for them, our property tours become much more focused and productive,” Jim says. “Instead of spending valuable time eliminating areas, we can spend our time finding the perfect home.”
The app reflects a broader shift in how people search for real estate. Today’s buyers often begin their journey online, researching communities long before booking a flight or contacting an agent.
