Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico – The Mexican Navy, through the Twelfth Naval Zone, joined forces with government agencies, schools, and community organizations on Friday to carry out a large-scale environmental cleanup at Camarones Beach, reinforcing its ongoing commitment to protecting Puerto Vallarta’s coastline and marine ecosystem.
Dozens of naval personnel were deployed along the beach to remove plastic, glass, and other solid waste that had accumulated on the shoreline. By clearing debris before it can be carried into the ocean by waves and tides, the effort helps reduce pollution and protect local marine life.
