Vallarta School for Girls Hosts Christmas Garden Party Fundraiser

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico – The Vallarta School for Girls is on a mission to transform the lives of underprivileged young girls, offering them a chance at education and financial independence. This holiday season, the school invites the community to join hands in supporting their cause at the Christmas Garden Party Fundraiser.

Founded by Francie Nguyen and Cecil Kerfont, the Vallarta School for Girls, backed by the Girls Education Fund, strives to provide more than just an education. The school ensures a well-rounded experience by offering free school supplies, a library, computers, uniforms, books, and even transportation. For young mothers, there’s the added support of on-site daycare.

More than an educational institution, the school believes in uplifting aspirations. The girls receive invaluable mentoring and support from local community groups and businesses, fostering an environment where they can thrive. The ultimate goal is to empower these girls to fully participate in the community and the workforce.

The Christmas Garden Party Fundraiser, scheduled for Sunday, December 9 from 5-8 pm at Los Mangos Library, promises an evening of joy and purpose. Attendees can indulge in delectable treats, enjoy live performances by local artists, and participate in a charitable auction featuring unique items and experiences. The event is an opportunity to engage in meaningful conversations with like-minded individuals who share a passion for education and equality.

Event tickets are available for purchase at girlsedfund.org and at Casita & Garden, Naranjo 321, in Colonia Emiliano Zapata. Tickets are priced at $1,000 pesos ($60 USD) per person or $9,000 pesos ($540 USD) per table of 10. All table purchases come with reserved seating for 10, providing a chance to connect with others who share the commitment to this noble cause.

Your attendance at the Christmas Garden Party Fundraiser directly contributes to scholarships and educational resources for the Vallarta School for Girls. The impact is far-reaching, as educated girls are more likely to become strong and influential women, capable of making informed decisions about their lives and contributing positively to society.

Founded as a 501c3 organization in the United States, the Girls Education Fund ensures that all donations made directly to the website are tax-deductible for US citizens. For more information, visit girlsedfund.org. Let’s come together this holiday season and give the gift of education, opening doors to a brighter future for these girls.
