Puerto Vallarta’s Municipal Government has delivered 5 new pickup truck patrol vehicles, along with uniforms & equipment for police officers. The additions are intended to strengthen preventive patrols and improve the force’s ability to respond across the city.

Vallarta Cares stepped up to support Puerto Vallarta families affected by last week’s water shortage, delivering water by tanker truck to homes without service. Days later, the nonprofit helped families in Mojoneras deal with flooding caused by heavy rains.

Puerto Vallarta will host the 25th National Traditional Mariachi Gathering on Sept. 9 and 10, bringing performers from across Mexico to celebrate mariachi’s historic roots and cultural importance through concerts, educational activities, and community events.
