Jalisco Cancels Fare Hike, Sets Public Transport at 11 Pesos

The Government of Jalisco has canceled a proposed increase to 14 pesos for public transportation. Starting April 1, fares will remain at 11 pesos for all riders, while students will continue to pay a reduced 5-peso rate as the state expands support and improvements to the transit system.
