Puerto Vallarta’s Amapas Neighborhood Association (ANA), known for its dedication to fostering a thriving local community, is gearing up for an exciting event that promises both entertainment and philanthropy.
Scheduled for Tuesday, March 12, from 2-6 pm at La Huerta BBQ (formerly El Rio BBQ), ANA’s Rock the River FUN-raiser is set to captivate attendees with an afternoon filled with music and camaraderie.
Come out and enjoy a wonderful afternoon of tasty BBQ, great dancing music, cold beers and margaritas, and lots of fun – all for a good cause! The highlight of the event will be a live performance by the sensational MONACO, a local band known for their soul-stirring melodies and pure rock ‘n roll energy.
But beyond the music, this gathering serves a greater purpose – supporting the ANA in its mission to enhance the quality of life in Amapas. With a focus on security, infrastructure, responsible development, and member social events, the ANA boasts a membership of over 350 individuals committed to making a difference in their neighborhood.
Ticket sales for the Rock the River FUN-raiser will directly contribute to these efforts, with all proceeds going toward supporting ANA initiatives. Tickets are available online for presale at $250 pesos per person, or $300 pesos per person at the door.

The Amapas Neighborhood Association is the official association of residents and business owners in the Colonia Amapas area of Puerto Vallarta. A volunteer and not-for-profit association with over 350 members, the ANA was founded in 2002 to improve the quality of life in Amapas. They work to keep our neighborhood safe, beautiful, desirable and welcoming to tourists and residents from all countries and walks of life.
