Champagne Cocktails That’ll Make Your New Year’s Eve Sparkle

Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico – As 2025 draws to a close there are plenty of parties to attend here in Puerto Vallarta, but if you were thinking of showing up with beer, think again! From holiday get togethers to New Year’s Eve blowouts, special occasions call for bubbly, and that’s the end of the discussion.

Get ready for New Year’s Eve by popping a bottle of champagne and drinking on the fancier side of life. We don’t blame you. In fact, we’ll introduce you to some of our favorite champagne cocktails – and we’ll even share the recipes!

Obviously, if you have shelled out $1500, $3500 or more pesos for a fine bottle of French champagne, we’re not going to recommend that you add a dash of fruit juice or liqueur. But if you’ve chosen one of the perfectly pleasant $200 to $400 peso sparkling wines that are readily available at this time of year, you might consider jazzing it up just a little.

Champagne cocktails are a fun way to put an even more celebratory twist on the traditional glass of bubbly. From a classic Champagne Cocktail to a Rudolph Spritzer, here are 8 sparkling cocktails that will add a little extra pop to your New Year’s Eve celebration in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

These are just a few suggestions. The possibilities are only limited by your imagination. Once the bubbly is flowing and the party is in full swing, it doesn’t matter if you are a professional mixologist. The only thing that you will be penalized for is if you hop behind a steering wheel when the festivities are over and done with.

Here’s to a happy, healthy and prosperous 2026!
