Meet at 9:30 am by the “Millennium” sculpture near Hotel Rosita, and prepare to have your eyes opened. As a non-profit organization, Los Mangos receives next to no support from the local government,” says Gary, a resident for over half his life. “These tours are my way of supporting the library while sharing the magic of Puerto Vallarta’s art with everyone.”
