Puerto Vallarta, Mexico – Kaiser Maximilian, in the heart of the Puerto Vallarta Romantic Zone, will be celebrating Christmas on December 24 with a four-course dinner that is sure to make your holidays bright. The European bistro atmosphere and attentive staff in both the Espresso Bar and the restaurant’s main dining room will add to the festive experience.
Owner Andreas Rupprechter and Executive Chef Juan Carlos Palomer have created wonderful selections for this occasion. It is a four course meal with choices for each course. The price is $890 pesos per person, which does not include the tip.
This is the Christmas Eve Dinner Menu for Tuesday, December 24, 2019 and it is served from 5 to 11 pm at Espresso Bar and in the Main Dining Room from 6 to 11 pm. The restaurant will only be open for this dinner and the a la carte menu will not be available.
First Course (select one)
• Mediterranean Vegetable Salad, diver scallops, tomato-basil pesto
• Marinated Picanha (beef) with salad, potato croutons
• Roast Beef Tonnato, with marinated tuna fish
• Spinach Strudel with mixed greens and tomatoes
• Cesar Salad with crispy potato croutons
• Duck Confit Salad, sherry vinaigrette, caramelized squash, pears, greens
• Marinated Beets and Carrots, mixed berry sauce, greens and goat cheese
Second Course (select one)
• Pumpkin-ginger Cream Soup, ravioli with cucumber
• Onion Soup with white wine, toast and gratinated cheese
• Creamy Polenta, truffle sauce, roasted portobello
• Suckling Pig Dumpling, apple & white cabbage, horseradish foam
• Raviolis with fennel filling, Prosciutto, mushrooms and tarragon sauce
• Crab Cake with avocado purée, tequila lime glaze, glass leeks
• Roasted Quail with mushroom risotto and Parmesan
Third Course (select one)
• Turkey Medallions with nuts, apples, dried fruits, sweet potato purée and cranberry sauce
• Beef Tenderloin & short rib, potato gratin, green beans with bacon, port wine sauce
• Beef Tenderloin, creamy gorgonzola cheese, vegetables, mushrooms, potato gratin
• Roasted Leg of Veal on glazed vegetables, Spätzle and cream sauce with mushrooms
• Veal Scaloppini with twice baked potato and creamed spinach
• Red Snapper Fillet with cabbage and vegetables, red beet potatoes
• Cod Fish Fillet with ratatouille risotto and shrimp & lobster sauce
Fourth Course (select one)
• Warm Pecan Chocolate Bourbon Tart, vanilla ice cream, whipped cream
• Sour Cream Cheesecake, coconut crust, rum-poached pineapple, strawberries
• Chocolate Pot de Crème, caramel mousse, sea salt
• Crème Brulée, vanilla cream under a caramelized sugar crust
• Apple Strudel with vanilla ice cream
