Puerto Vallarta, Mexico – Mystic Circle Cafe offers a Spanish Conversation Club and Spanish Language Classes in collaboration with American English Tree. The Cafe provides a space that brings the Hispanic and Anglo-Saxon cultures closer together to allow people to not only learn Spanish, but also to learn more about each culture. The advantages of learning the Spanish language are great, not only because it is one of the most widely spoken languages in the world, but also because knowing how to communicate in the native language allows everyone to communicate and be part of the Mexican culture. “I’ve seen the American English Tree students and Conversation Club members have fun while learning or improving their Spanish,” says Mystic Circle Cafe owner Kennedy Morgan.
Classes are offered in the Cafe every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 to 11 am, with basic and intermediate levels for now. The groups are small with less than 6 students, which allows students to receive personalized attention from the instructor and to advance quickly through the five levels of the curriculum. American English Tree students have been known to complete the course and fluently speak Spanish within 10-12 months, depending on the speed with which they choose to take classes.
The Spanish Conversation Club holds meetings every Friday from 3:30 to 4:30 pm, free of charge, and is led by a trained American English Tree instructor. The meetings create a fun environment where participants converse openly in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. “Joining the Mystic Circle Cafe Conversation Club every Friday has been a good decision as I continue learning and improving my Spanish,” commented a Club participant.
